If you work in the office all day and have no time to exercise, then no worries.

Bring your gym gear to work, and on your break, have a go at this workout you can do in your office.

The workout includes bodyweight exercises that can be done anywhere in an office environment, with a chair and desk. 

Even if you have a busy work schedule, there is always time for healthy living, each and every day.

No time? No excuses! 

*10 MINUTE OFFICE WORKOUT

Perform six exercises for 30 seconds each, one after the other circuit style.

Once all six are performed, that is one round completed. 

Rest for one minute after each round and repeat the circuit, until you have completed a total of three rounds. 

Circuit:

Chair Squats x 30secs
Table Push Ups x 30 secs
Side Lunges x 30 secs
Chair Tricep Dips x 30 secs
Chair Crunches x 30 secs

Star Jumps x 30 secs

3 rounds x 1 minute rest in between rounds.

= Approx 10 mins
